Going Through Emotions of Normal But Feeling Empty

Every day life and routine has a special way to make us all miserable. Day to day problems, work, family, money and plenty other stuff transform a person into a robot . We just don`t feel so many things because we either don`t have the time, or we just don`t feel like it. Many of us, have a strict schedule, and a hectic life so, there is no room for fun, vacations or just quality time with your lover. After a while , normal emotions just don`t feel the same.  Going through emotions of normal but feeling empty can be also a beginning of depression. More and more people are depressed from many reasons starting with their life. Because people are not pleased with what they have become or with their money situation or with their love life, some become depressed. Depression is a serious disease that many let it pass away. Depression can cause even death so it`s best to go seek counseling. Talking to someone about your problems can be a real help and can cheer you up.


When going through emotions of normal but feeling empty , you need someone close to you. This emptiness is a result of your thoughts. The mind is a dangerous thing and it can change a person 180 degrees. Also, emptiness inside can also be a result of a recently finished relationship. Most of us have a hard time dealing with post relationship feelings. Feeling empty is because you just don`t have a person besides you. When you are used to someone being always and constantly around, and wake up all of the sudden  realizing that you are alone, emptiness fills your soul and common emotions just don`t feel the same. This state of mind can be passed through therapy or just by having patience. People need to hit the bottom to rise again so maybe in some cases this is the best solution. If this feeling of emptiness persists than it`s more safe to look for a doctors help. Many take pills like sedatives, anti depressives to forget about all but this is not a choice.

Also alcohol and drugs are an options for some. In the end it all comes down to each person`s character. Many have bad days , many just don`t feel like talking to anyone, and many suffer for a reason. Going through emotions of normal but feeling empty it`s just a state of mind that with a little ambition or effort can be passed. People that have experienced  a drama or have lost a parent, have also this feeling of emptiness, like something is missing. A shock can turn a really outgoing and cheerful person into a vegetable. People need time to recover and when it comes to matters of the heart nobody can do anything to help.
