Feeling Like I am Not Accepted

Feeling like you are not accepted can be also because of your own thoughts. Maybe it`s all in your head , maybe you just don`t want to make new friends and your inner voice blames the others. Depression also can come out of feeling unaccepted. Many people have a serious problem with depression and always feeling down. When you have a bad state of mind and you just don`t feel like going out but you still go, this feeling of non-acceptance can be normal. People don`t like others that just stay quiet and don`t say a word all night long, and besides this when you are feeling down you also have a unapproachable face expression. When communicating, body language is as important as what you say. You can transmit the wrong messages through your posture, gesture and face mimics. Every gesture can be interpreted and so, when you feel you are not accepted it`s best to revise your attitude.
In the end, the feeling of not being accepted can be from many reasons, but the important thing is to just be pleased with yourself . Feeling good about yourself is a state of mind that affects you and so the others can see and can approach you easily. It all comes down to your thoughts and like it is said „ you can`t escape from what you are afraid of”. It`s better to smile and try to be relaxed than to stay grumpy and estrange everyone else. Feeling like you are not accepted can be changed if you really want to. This feeling can go away if you are more outgoing and if you show that you are more than what others think.
