Feeling rejected at work sucks because work is the place where you spend most of your time during the day and so, if the group doesn`t accept you and you start all kinds of issues then it can be exhausting. This feeling can come out of some inner fears and bad thoughts. Maybe those people just don`t have nothing with you, it`s all in your head. Some people can be more critical and demanding. At work, especially if it`s a very important job, people expect the best from you and if you can`t manage then you will be harshly judged. This is normal because if you can`t do your job well then what`s the point of still working there. Being criticized at work means that you are given another chance. You are not fired but you have to pay attention. People criticize but it`s in your best interest. Feeling rejected is maybe for people who are more sensitive and suffer a lot if they are criticized or judged.
It`s normal to make some mistakes but it`s not normal to make the same mistakes all over again. Feeling rejected at work can cause serious problems at home also. A person that has a bad day every day can`t come home being another person. nerves and stress accumulate and it`s normal to snap. The career affects everything like intimate life also affects everything else. If you are not happy at home, you can`t concentrate enough at work. And if you have a hard time at work you can`t enjoy staying at home. If this feeling of rejection continues then it`s best to find another job. Maybe they really don`t like you, and why going to work just to face another battle.
As a conclusion, feeling rejected in any place most of the times is only in our head. And by, always thinking that you are rejected, you practically tend to stay more lonely and in the end this feeling or this idea becomes real, but only because of you. So, if you ever feel rejected, try to change some things and see what happens. Be more polite, talk more interact and if the situation still doesn`t change then maybe it`s not the group or the job for you.

Feeling like you are not accepted can be also because of your own thoughts. Maybe it`s all in your head , maybe you just don`t want to make new friends and your inner voice blames the others. Depression also can come out of feeling unaccepted. Many people have a serious problem with depression and always feeling down. When you have a bad state of mind and you just don`t feel like going out but you still go, this feeling of non-acceptance can be normal. People don`t like others that just stay quiet and don`t say a word all night long, and besides this when you are feeling down you also have a unapproachable face expression. When communicating, body language is as important as what you say. You can transmit the wrong messages through your posture, gesture and face mimics. Every gesture can be interpreted and so, when you feel you are not accepted it`s best to revise your attitude.

Feeling good about yourself is a state of mind that affects you and so the others can see and can approach you easily. Feeling dizzy because of bad eyeglasses happens unfortunately very often. Many people complain that they have headaches and their eyes hurt after wearing the same pair of eyeglasses the entire day. The feeling of being trapped in your lifetime job and want a change is probably a common one. Everyone after a while feels like going crazy when the clock reaches 7 in the morning. If we make a little mathematical calculus we can see that almost a half of our life is spent at work. Well, it`s normal to have some confused and bad feelings about going every day at the same workplace. Some change their job more often but this doesn`t change the fact that every day from 9 to 5 or even more, you are trapped in an office. Some people are more lucky, because they have chosen a more relaxed job like for example a doctor in science that goes all around the world to discover new things. To have a good and positive attitude about your job you have to do what you like. Working somewhere that defines you it`s the best possible job. Regular people dream with open eyes to be like those celebrities that make movies and have a luxury life but not everything is what is seems. In the end, we all work for ourselves, for our well being and even if the job sucks and we have many problems and stress is accumulating, this is life and there is nothing we can do about it. Maybe an unexpected inheritance can save us from day to day work or winning the lottery but let`s face it, who`s so lucky? So, instead of complaining, we might as well embrace it and make the best of it. Holidays and vacations are for everybody and even if we can`t relax every day, the feeling of peace is more sweet when we go in a far away location for a few days.
